Yes, it does. I use MakeupForever Aqua Eyes which is supposedly waterproof, but my waterline/tearducts are extremely watery so my eyeliner smudges without fail by the end of the day. Try using gel eyeliner and setting it with black eyeshadow. Also I’ve heard good reviews about the pencil liner I use, so maybe it just doesn’t work on my watery eyes. Try it maybe?

I don’t want someone who can be stolen away from me. I want a mature guy who keeps his attention on me and only me. I know he’s gonna come across many beautiful girls, but if he truly cared about me, other girls shouldn’t even be a problem. A guy who can be easily taken away from me, I don’t want.
